Herbal Care
Traditional herbal vaginal steaming and warming massage to support your body from late pregnancy through postpartum recovery.
What Is Herbal Care?
Vaginal herbal steaming (also called yoni steaming or V-steam) is an ancient practice used across cultures for women's health. You sit comfortably on a special oak stool while warm steam infused with healing herbs gently reaches the pelvic area.
The warmth and herbal properties help improve circulation, relax pelvic muscles, and support the body's natural healing process. It can be used from the 38th week of pregnancy to help prepare for birth, and postpartum to support recovery.
I combine herbal steaming with a warming herbal ball massage for a deeply nourishing experience.
